Clay & Community: Community-Focused Great Impact Clay and Community is designed to foster meaningful relationships through the shared act of working with clay. The program seeks to expand its impact through intentional outreach and engagement initiatives that align with COTA's mission and its commitment to “All Access, Learning, and Leadership”. Rooted in the belief that clay is a transformative medium for creativity, connection, and healing, this initiative develops inclusive strategies for communication, publicity, and programming that strengthen relationships between CSULB, the local Long Beach community, and broader networks of creative practice.
